By accessing or using the Tinko platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blocks & Loops Technologies Pvt Ltd regarding your use of our revenue recovery infrastructure.

2. Service Provision

Tinko provides an automated payment recovery and intelligence layer. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their API keys and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify Tinko immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Compliance & Data

You agree to use Tinko in compliance with all relevant data protection laws, including PCI-DSS where applicable. Tinko's processing of data is governed by our Privacy Protocol.
