Tinko offers services to merchants and does not handle refunds for end customers directly.

Customer Refunds

Refunds for end customers must be managed by the merchant. Tinko is not responsible for refund processing.

Merchant Refunds

If a merchant is billed incorrectly by Tinko (e.g., duplicate or erroneous charges), they may request a refund within 7 working days.
