Cancellation & Refund

1. Subscription Cancellation

Merchants may cancel their Tinko subscription at any time directly through the dashboard. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to recovery intelligence until the cycle completes.

2. Refund Protocol

As Tinko provides immediate digital value and intelligence layers, refunds are generally not provided for previous billing periods. However, if you experience technical failure that prevents service delivery, our support team will audit the case for a pro-rated credit or refund.

3. Shopify Billing

For Shopify App Store installations, billing and refunds are managed directly through the Shopify App Subscriptions API. Please refer to Shopify's billing terms for additional details.
